Accidentally Bought 5 TB Relic Crystal

So as the title says, i accidentally bought 5 thronebreaker battle cast relic crystal which cost 1250 units, i dont use the crystal and already submit a ticket but still no response until now. I sent a ticket on 8 in the morning.

It takes 24-48 hours for them to respond to a ticket, which can also fluctuate based on traffic because it's first come, first served. Be patient. Coming to the forums isn't going to move anything along. So long as those crystals remain unopened, you will get your units back.

Thanks for the quick response i dont know we need to wait atleast 24 hours because this is my first time sending a ticket to kabam.

Fair. Once upon a time (not sure if it still happens) you would get an automated response saying as much. Sometimes it'll be less than 24 hours, but there are a lot of factors that go into how long it takes them. I imagine you should have the issue fixed at some point today.
