Battlegrounds LAG/AI issues 9-2-25

I've been in the GC for a few weeks now. Today, I've played three matches - each match I'm only getting 4-6 seconds to select my defender for that round. In the matches I'm seeing MASSIVE lag between me hitting a move and the move taking place. Also, the AI is not throwing specials and being very passive. Anyone else seeing this?

I am SLAMMING on my specials to throw them and it is taking half a second to a full second delay to get them to throw. Yes, I've turned off my phone. Restarted it.
