Prestige down by 5000

Post update, prestige dropped by 5000. This change wasn’t supposed to happen until October (and shouldn’t happen at all- seriously kabam, top five champs and relics to top THIRTY?!?!). I know this is likely due to the new EQ difficulty dropping, but this should be fixed…and seriously, re-thought completely

@Bendy That was the new UI for the EQ, which yes, shows your top 30. The game-wide change that impacts AQ, etc. is supposed to drop in October, and shouldn’t at all, frankly.

It’s the most anti-roster diversity move they’ve ever made. Get ready to see most high amend slliancesconky care about the same 50 champs.

It leads me to believe that Kabam, for all the preaching they do about diversity doesn’t believe in it or naively hopes people will just rank who they like… so they are either hyper controlling or blind fools… recent history says it’s a 50/50 shot at either.

In any case the player base takes the L.

I'm still going to invest in the champs I want to invest in. My idoom is at 7R1 sig 20 and I'm not changing that. I'd rather miss out on some extra prestige rewards than miss out on ranking up my favorite champs.

Leave it to Kabam to screw players, this has to be the biggest screw job by this company yet. Kabam has no shame and in order to get money will now drop our prestige and make things harder so they roll in money. Wake up these clowns care nothing about players. What a waste of humans that work for Kabam

Yes, they will be forced to rank and sig the same 30 champs. For the rest of the player base, many r3 and all r4 rankups are taking you in a positive direction. What am I missing here?

same, went from 30.1k to 23.3k , 6.8k is fair decrease . seen some with nearly 10k drop .

Wow I went from one of the top prestige accounts in game to just a mediocre level account. The amount of money I spent and sacrifices I made to get my prestige up there so I could be in the top alliances is more than I care to share.

I think I am actually done with this game now, no way am I spending any more to do that all over again. This is the biggest F U to the players I have seen to date. A small part of me was looking for a reason to part with this game, and this is the move.

Youre looking at PI and not prestige. In the sort menu you can sort by base hero rating descending to see champs by prestige

How do you know you're a mediocre level account now?

Not disputing what you're saying, just curious if there is like a way to check where someone stands compared to everyone else because it seems like most people's prestige score went down by a lot.

Im just sad I worked so hard to get to 30k plus pristige and now I'm at 26.5k

I also hate it because it literally caters to people with big rosters and not skill

I lost almost 9K. I went from 34K down to 25K. I’ll get some of it back when I do some rank ups after the titan refresh but damn, my top 5 was hard carrying

2 of our guys just quit the game. I cant believe they actually followed through with this. Its basically the death of f2p in competitive alliances
