Webstore Purchase Not Pushed into Game 24hrs
Good Afternoon,
I've been trying with support to get help on this situation and have received a response in over 18 hours. I purchased several items on the web store, these items did not transfer into my account in game. I've shared the receipt with support, and nothing. Today I claimed the free daily crystal and it worked. I've also tested by purchasing a daily bundle, which also came to my account in-game along with the free milestone item related to that purchase.
Should I request a refund on Xsolla? What are my next steps?
