In regards to war rankings

With the current AW season “freeze,” can alliances still climb the ladder until the season ends? Our alliance is right on the fringe of moving up to the next tier, and we’re trying to figure out if that’s possible or if it would just be a waste of items. At the end of last season, we finished in the exact same spot we’re in now (right on the edge), so worst case nothing changes. We just need to know if it’s worth using items now or if we should start saving them for next season.

Because war rating is frozen you will not be able to move up or down tiers. Could move reward tiers, but not multiplier tiers.
