Why this has not been done for so long? What's stopping Kabam?

Why we are still not able to activate pre fight abilities in Arenas?

What's the reason Kabam never rectified this issue?

Not really an issue to be solved, but at this point I could see Kabam considering such a move as being an arena update, so we probably don't want that.

Because it doesn't matter. Not enough people care about it. Also because there is no pre fight screen

i would hate that. It would just slow down arenas

I hope you never fought against bishop using your Iron heart or fought against Kindered using your HT if you dont find the benefit of pre fight abilities.
