MAINTENANCE CONCLUSION - AND NEXT STEPS
Following our recent announcement, we’ve completed the necessary steps to address the reward issue in the Adaptive Event Quest, and have an additional update for those who have completed Quests in Adaptive EQ.
In the next few minutes, the game should be lifted out of maintenance.
1. Temporary Suspensions for Impacted Players: Players who were affected by the unintended catalyst rewards in the Adaptive Event Quest will need to be temporarily suspended from entering the game for a short while longer to finalize the clawback process. We understand how frustrating this experience is, and apologize for the inconvenience.
2. All Other Players: The game will come up out of Emergency Maintenance, and players unaffected by this can resume playing immediately.
3. Compensation:
- Players who were temporarily banned for the clawback will receive a special compensation package for the inconvenience once the process is complete.
- As previously mentioned, a general compensation package for the emergency maintenance will be sent to all Summoners soon.
As a general note, compensation **WILL** include 7 Hour Rebirth Crystals - so please don't stress about missing the 7-hour timer.
The full Compensation will include:
- 10,000x Summoners Fest Points
- 5x Level 5 Alliance War Health Potion
- 3x Energy Refills
- 3x Level 2 Revives
- 5x Level 5 Health Potions
- 2x Rebirth Crystals
- 2X AQ refills
- 2X AW refills
- 3x Greater Champion boosts
For those caught in the additional Clawback Suspension, they'll be receiving the above Compensation package twice (without a second serving of Summoners Fest points), along with the Iso Packages that were supposed to be in Adaptive EQ.
