DOUBLE UP: Missing out 7h crystal

So we’ve just received the news how we will get compensated for this server maintenance. But there is one little detail that questions me.

Why is everyone getting the same amount of rebirth crystals? (X2 for the ones who are shortly suspended)

What about the people who bought double up? This is quite unfair for those. They should get double the amount of 7h crystals in comparison to the others.

They paid 99$ to get doubled crystals. So why are they getting the same amount?

agreed, seems anyone who spent for double crystals is losing here, spending $100 for double crystals to not even get full use of it is a joke

Yep, should be getting a comp for missing the Double Up Crystal that was paid for as well if one was given out for the standard one.

You thought fairness was part of the $99 package?. Fairness has never been in the bundle description. The cycle’s always the same: we pay, they laugh, repeat.
