That Compensation package is a joke

That is a joke and an absolute slap in the face to any player that's played more than a month. Emergency Maintenance for over 4 hours and account being locked and suspended over something that should have been prevented. Honestly if they were crystals or catalysts that were extra by all means y'all can have it, cause I don't even know what it was. But like the embarrassment of having to see that is a disgrace. Did this not get tested before being released? Like im not asking for much but this blunder is definitely up there with the 12.0 release, the parry/dexterity nerf in terms of really making loyal players upset... I am furious as im sure thousands of other players are... so to see that package is an insult... there are better rewards from clearing act 2... seriously Kabam get your stuff together

Fest points as compensation? This has to be a joke. There is zero impact of this for people who already have reached last milestone. For rank reward it will net zero impact on ranking as everyone is receiving it. This is unbelievable.

it’s terrible. How does this make up for the fact that my alliance won’t be able to complete war or aq bc of multiple suspended accounts

Its been a bad week for them. They unexpectedly allowed paragon monthly specials to sell in the store and they weren't received in game, so they issued refunds to anyone that purchased the specials saying that they weren't intended to be purchased. Then this happens...its like Kabam is asking me not to waste anymore money on their game that I've definitely paid spent a bit north of $5000 a year over the last few years, but Im not a whale. This has definitely having be willing to join any boycotts that have been forming today
