Account ban for some reason post maintenance

Hey guys, I just got an account ban for a week post the current maintenance, has anyone else faced similar issue? Is this supposed to be a bug, i’m not aware, but I don’t remember doing anything to warrant a ban. Could I get a clarification for his issue from the game team if possible?

There is an absolutely massive post already on this. It's because they need to review your account to claw back rewards because you already ran the new EQ. They will lift the suspension when they're done.

Yo también tengo ese mismo problema, según yo es por haber jugado la nueva misión y haber recibido premiso de acuerdo al avance que tuviste, no se si por error en el juego alguien haya recibido mejores premios de lo que le correspondía y creo se están revisando y ajustando todas las cuentas que avanzaron en la nueva misión.

I also have the same problem. According to me, it's because I played the new mission and received rewards based on my progress. I don't know if someone received more rewards than they were entitled to by mistake in the game. I believe all the accounts that made progress in the new mission are being reviewed and adjusted.

You say this like the implemented solution is somehow ok. If you were sitting on a banned account for an undisclosed period of time with the only compensation being doubling some garbage package, I think you’d be singing a different tune.

How are you not aware? Kabam’s been releasing bugs monthly for years now. They probably assumed players already knew—like, ‘surprise bugs are part of the update package.’ Honestly though, I agree this should just be written into the TOS for new players: ‘Here’s what to do and not do when the monthly Grand Bug Festival goes live.

My account is currently temporarily suspended like many others. That doesn't change anything I said. There's already a post and the suspensions will be lifted when the work is done. We didn't need a new post, and we certainly don't need people going around adding nothing to posts like you have with all of your comments on posts over the last couple hours.

Nothing that is happening is okay.

You just cannot ban players for your mistakes no matter how big your compensation is. Its just simply awfully unfair and unprofessional. Tell us players how are we supposed to do everytime there is a new content or updates coming? When should we safely do it and how? Its been months players calls you to fix bugs and issues here and there, but you keep making new contents in those very poor state of game. And now its suddenly us players got the consequence of your mistake?

The fact is THEY made the mistake however we are being punished for it. It's like driving the speed limit, being pulled over, and having the cop suspend your license immediately once he finds out his radar gun was faulty. I don't just want my account unsuspended, I want an apology. Not some email to a group, a personal apology and a resolution to the behavior. We have all had to put up with the bugs and unscheduled downtime. Does Kabam know why every software company has a QA team? To find out this **** before it happens to the community that PAYS YOUR BILLS.

Common sense would know that the message we are all getting when we try to login could be changed to something like "We screwed up again and we are working to fix it. We will make things right." But then again that would take common sense.

Kabam should have an updated "Days without incidents" screen that consistently has a big ZERO on it.
