I just got suspended for 7 days for nothing?

I never cheated in the game, never opened bugged crystals or anything. I got suspended for 7 days.. I don't get why. Did anything similar happen to someone else?

You got banned for playing the monthly EQ when it was launched, as did many other players. Kabam claims that we collected one extra T6cc from it, and of course, nobody knew that this was happening. They claim that their ban was necessary until they can remove the excess from our accounts. Many complaint posts have been removed by forum moderators, despite the fact that we got punished for their mistake. They say that you will get fair compensation for this, but the compensation is garbage in comparison to the impacts on your account and on your alliance.
