I had the points for 3 more tiers than what I was awarded. Anyone else?

Do you have a screenshot? Or you can check the Completed tab on the Alliance event section. Maybe you qualified for the minimum points required for those tiers but your alliance didn't have enough points overall to get for those rewards.
