Prestige Reward Increase Scales Horribly! ⬇️ Good…

My account is 6/15 for prestige. The green numbers show the rewards that would increase from where i’m at now… to max prestige.

Getting my account to max level 15/15 from 6/15 by ranking up the same old boring prestige champs that everyone will be ranking now… does not look worth it at all. Imagine the amount of rank ups that would need to be done to get max prestige rewards… and THIS is how much it scales 😬 not worth it at all. WHICH IS GREAT.

I’d hate to rank for prestige so i’m actually happy that I won’t be missing out on much at all by deciding to continue ranking fun champions I enjoy, instead of ranking for prestige. It scales so little from where i’m at that it’s not worth it. W Kabam, now I don’t have to feel like i’m making a mistake for ranking the champs I want to rank over prestige champs 👍🏽

reward scaling doesn’t seem to match the attack and health scaling of the defenders lol

Rewards scaling is so minimal that for 99.99% of the Community the forced prestige rankups are not even needed.

Rankup the ones you want. And whatever the sigs you want them on.

The sweet spot is tier 5 or 6 at 26 and 27k Prestige. If you are lower, just catchup, with time that will happen automatically. If you are higher than GGs.

The scaling is quiet linear and balanced.

The biggest increase is with the titan shards which most of the community doesnt put too much value in anyway

I just love the fact that forum MEMEbers and even Kabam have said 24/7 to "rank up heroes that you like."

Now to get rewards you're now forced to rankup top prestige heroes 🤣🤣

This change is almost the exact opposite of what you are talking. about.

Before using only a couple specific champs mattered much more, it actually made a difference in who you took up. Now taking up a high prestige champ matters much less to the average/above average player because it's taking into account 30 champs instead of just 5.

Just some quick math. Difference between Sig 200 R4 Onslaught and Sig 200 R4Spider Punk for arguments sake. It's about ~700 prestige difference between the two. In the old system ranking up Onslaught would have been 700/5 = 140 more prestige to your account based on the 5 champ system compared to ranking up Punk.

With the new system it's 700/30 = 23.3. So ranking up Onslaught over Punk (In a Sig 200 scenario) would only add an extra 23 prestige lol.

In summary, rank up who you like, it matters much less now than before.

I will still rank-up the champions i like and enjoy playing. The difference between prestige tiers is minimal and is not worth the stress, time and effort. I play at my own pace.

I don't see the point in ranking up Onslaught, Silver Surfer, Quicksilver, Shatra, Negasonic TW and others that i don't enjoy playing, just because of their higher prestige, for extra 5,000 T7B fragments, +1,200 Titan shards, +700k gold etc. I will still rank up Colossus, Ultron, Captain Britain, Angela, America Chavez, Captain America I.W. and others with much lower prestige.

Do i have 12 hours per day at my disposal to play the game in order to compete with whales? NO.

Do i have $5,000 to spend on a monthly basis in order to duel with Enzo, USAFA and other whales? NO!

Even if i had that money, i would not spend it on a mobile game.

Bro is speaking for top 30 AQ alliances without being in one.

Watch most players reap rewards and stay relevant without ever touching champs like highEvo, surfer, middoom, or even bullseye, yelena, okoye etc. Even now I have r4 sig 20 shathra and I'm not going to put a single sig into her, cuz she doesn't need it.

Note that, High prestige champs are high prestige only if you take them sig 200.

The only chase I'll suggest players to target in future is to hit 26k or 27k, if they can and whenever they can... After that tier, reward deference isn't even noticeable.

It's kind of pointless to look at the higher EQ reward tiers. A miniscule percentage of players in the game are above tier 9 (prestige 31,260). The mega-whales above that level reap their reward benefit from AQ, not EQ.

im valient 3/15. Was doing paragon and valient EQ fine last month. Just ranked up another r4 and added a few sigs but still got 1200 pts before I get to 4/15. Can't be bothered for those rewards and just seen what the Elder paths look like so really can't be bothered.

Hopefully the side quest will be worth doing cos I don't do battlegrounds or war so EQ and story were what kept my account moving enough to keep me interested and enjoy the game. Really disappointing though, its changed the whole game for me, this just sucked the fun out of it

Prestige has always been a BS metric that is only useful to Kabam's greed. Prestige needs to be on its way out not being leaned on for your monthly 'Adaptive' EQ. Time to find a new game.
