How many fragments did you get from the t3cc daily quest (tech) today? (or) the last time you one?

Today I did the tech t3cc daily quest so that I could rank 4 my Spider-Man (SE), last time I did the cosmic one and got just around 600 total fragments (for 100% completion). Today I got a total of 800 (rounded). Considering this quest consumes 3 energy per move, and equates to more than a full 70 energy bar, the rewards are pathetic, and to me it seems IMPOSSIBLE to get a fully formed from the 3/4 star chest. From the 4 star chest I got only 200 fragments, which makes up 7% of a full t3cc. This needs to be changed as it's a complete waste of time and energy. So, I'd like to know how much other people got, (IN TOTAL FOR 100%)
