EQ rewards

Do we have to claim them somehow? It says claimed but I’m not sure I’ve been receiving them.

I’m wondering the same thing. I get that rainbow colored iso. Where is that iso at? Do I choose it somewhere? Also noticed it says I got 1000 5* statcast shards, but I’m only sitting at 200. Am I missing something?
