just happened to me and I got knocked out of Celestial. This is so unbelievably frustrating man I know they wont give me comp in the form of BGs points either. Incompetence at its finest

maybe your prestige was too low so they decided to hide themselves until you earn the right to view them after reaching certain prestige threshold. /s
