Bugs & logging in

Good evening, I am expressing difficultly to log in my main account if I eventually log in am limited on time so am kicked out and having to struggle to log in to the game multiple times also loosing game progress and have to start over . I find this highly unfortunat and difugalt to enjoy the game ,please look in to it as I do enjoy the game
