Xsolla is overloaded. Be patient and try later. Mine showed up even though the wheel kept spinning.
I was able to claim everything just fine. Maybe wait until all the traffic slows down. Too many people trying to claim the promo code all at the same time

Kabam just on a roll this week. Bunch of incompetent people working there. Game, forums, webstore....all broken. Nobody responding
Xsolla got ddos by us all wanting our iceman..
Payment platforms use message queuing.. So all transactions are held if issue occur throughout the chain that makes this work.. Once they fix the bottleneck.. They will all flow through... Nothing gets lost in theory. I used to work in banking/payment platforms.. It's very common.

I bought deals and got nothing no point or the stuff I paid for and charged my card
store is more bugged than game. Bought deal sale went through no items in game no market points.

Same here. I’ve bought a bunch of bundle deals, didn’t receive the items in-game and no points for webstore milestone as well. But my credit card has been charged for the amount!
I just spent money. The money went through, but no rewards. This is insane guys. Why is kabam off the rails lately. I can’t even sign into my support, but I can sign in here and the web store. Luckily xsolla emails me so I was able to contact them and hopefully it gets fixed because I definitely want a refund if you’re not gonna give me
I received the Iceman and the CCP promo code offer a couple hours ago so I thought everything would be alright to purchase a couple of offers but no. I got charged for them and have the receipts but nothing went to my account and nothing got the milestone trackers either. It does register that the daily/weekly specials were bought though on the site as it has the timers below them because I hit the 2 purchase cap for the day/week on them.

Update: After about 15 minutes I received all the items I paid for and was able to claim everything on the track. The lag between purchase time and claim time is crazy
