Web store not working

I claimed the Daily crystal and Daily log-in points but they aren’t registering. My web tracker hasn’t gone up the two points and I never received the crystal in-game. How do I get those items if they now show as claimed?

I'm hoping they will provide a compensation for this as this I don't understand why it is not working.

Same here. Can't even claim them. Is there anything in the game that is not broken at the moment?

@EgyptOverseer i wish mine never claimed because then I could just wait, not sure what to do now though

seems to be working now and I got the items and points that claimed but didn’t appear at first!
