Still problems with purchases in store

Spent £10 on an item in store but not yet been sent to my account! if the system is down do not charge your customers until it's working properly.

Hello , I don't know if someone else had this problem but I have bought 2 of the Weekly Special Bundles in the store . I have received the rewards in the game but I haven't received the Sword And Stone points that would give me a chance to get a T7B.. I will add the photos that provide that I have 0 points on milestones Sword and Stone (instead I should have 20 points).
