Promo Code not working

I put in the SWORDANDSTONE promo code in the store but I didn't get any of the rewards it was around when the store was moving slow asl. Have tried inputing it again but it says I've already used it but I didn't receive any rewards

nah is not the code unfortunately it just doesn't register for me need Kabam t fix this

You put in the wrong code, how can they fix your typing error? Try it again, as I put it above. It works just fine, claimed it on all 3 of my accounts
