Around a week all webstore purchases not showing in game..

ive literally waited a week for what i assumed was another bug they must be fixing ...but nothing ...filed a ticket got 3 refunds (were talking 20+ items)????? all the dailies free crystals etc ... poof money time gone ... nothing.
heard it was fixed on webstore bought a 10$ new sale to see and it worked . proceded to purchase bunch of diff items $116 total ...you guessed it NOTHING!!! my trust level due to the loss of money time claims etc is at %0 . loyal player for nearly 10 years ,dolphin level spender maybe more. 0 trust in game .
