compensation issues summoner fest points

hi guys, i just got compensation and there was 10000 summoner fest points but when i look my points it was same as before i got it. so is there anyone as like me? and what can i do for this problem?

it is very important for me because i have 264000 summoner fest points but it is still same after i got compensation.it must be 274000 points.i dont know what can i do.is there anyone help me about it please.
