Top 30 Prestige list in game is wrong. Shows top 30 PI without masteries not prestige

Top 30 prestige list shows ascended 6*s when they aren't in top 30, as ascension affects PI not prestige. Seems the list in game is coded to just show top 30 without masteries not your top 30 based on prestige, can we get that updated? It would be great to actually know who affects my prestige please.

I am a newer player that has paid no attention to prestige. I thought prestige was the hero rating without masteries. Is that correct? Also, why does ascension NOT count towards prestige?

prestige means base hero rating. ascension increase the hp and atk of the champ, which means it add something to the champ, not from the basic a champ could get ( sorry my english sucks )
