Server disconnectivity compensation for last month not given yet

Did we forget about this compensation? The summoner fest event is going to end in a few days and we still haven't received the compensation for this issue.
This issue made me lose a lot of battlegrounds matches and missed out on a lot of summoner fest points.

Is there any updates they have provided on this?
