I know I'm not the only one ...

I've been playing MCOC for some time now, almost as long as the game has been around, and I have to say, Kabam, you have ruined the game for me... it was fun, and I looked forward to playing when I first entered the contest, but every so often, Kabam kept "kabaming" the game with "new and improved" content, which was not always new and improved. This latest move to "improve" the game with new event strategies is yet another try by them that has fallen short of the mark. I wish that kabam would stop messing with the game, and leave it be, but, since they are a corporate entity, I know that won't happen.
At any rate, I just wanted to let kabam know how disappointed I am with the game in its current state. I'm not alone in this, as I know Seatin, and Rich are also feeling disappointed with the current state of the game.

I would like to see normal solo events come back to the way they were kabam. That would be a good start to getting stuff back to normal.

The new solo events suck.

Kabam has reached a whole new level of delusional lately. It honestly feels like they have no idea what to do and what not to do anymore. Their “main motive” seems to be making sure players are as frustrated as possible.

I mean, how do they not even understand the basic purpose of a monthly quest? Sure, they slap the word “adaptive” on it, but adaptive to who exactly? Because it’s definitely not adaptive to anyone playing - every fight feels like Everest content with defenders swinging 23k+ attack like it’s nothing. Super fun design choice…

And instead of tackling the endless bugs, crashes, and all the competitive integrity issues that are actually ruining the game, they waste resources changing stuff that wasn’t even broken. It’s like they go out of their way to fix what nobody asked for, while ignoring everything players actually care about.

If they really wanted to push this “adaptive prestige” nonsense, they should’ve just tied it to rewards and kept the fights fair. Defender attack should scale from the ground up, not start off at absurd levels.

At this point, it feels less like game design and more like Kabam’s running an endurance test to see how long players will stick around.

I think there is to much complaining going on atm, and very little appreciation for the things they actually do.

This week we all get a bunch of free stuff, with minimal effort, a 7* and several 6*s for a new account is great.

The new daily events gives pretty much everyone a low effort and F2P path to both TB and paragon titles. That path used to be guarded by an old and insane man, who could only be beaten by skilled summoners.

I am also frustrated over AI, lag, screen freezing, connection issues etc, but lets not forget all the good stuff that is also happening.

Nobody cares about TBs and Paragons, that's why the titles are being given as pity at this point of the game...

Agreed - the titles means nothing, but the difference in rewards from Cav to TB to Paragon is massive.

Man you sound almost as out of touch as Kabam. Sure everyone likes to get new champs and the event to get Thing (or a 7* Fantastic Force crystal) is nice and simple. But what the hell am I going to do with that? Thing adds nothing to the game. And where am I going to use this new champ (and 6* material)? EQ? Nothing to do but auto-fight the new daily quests. Nice rewards but jeez, how boring…
