Dupes no longer give you anything.. bug?

Happened on 2 5* crystals and now these relics.. low value items, but people opening good crystal will get screwed.. yet another bug

I first noticed it yesterday, when I awakened 4 relics, but was not given the duplicate shards.

I've been keeping track of my shards and embers since this started on Tuesday. It is just a visual bug.

I haven't gottten ISO at all. Maybe I'm dumb, but… I didn't get any of the ISO packs from the EQ either, unless I'm misunderstanding how those rewards work.

It's just a visual bug. Dupe shards are automatically added to your inventory.

I assume it's 1 iso of each class shown this way to de clutter the UI
