Compensation Rewards Missing

So I claimed my compensation rewards earlier today, and while everything else was fine, I didn’t even get the 10k summoners fest points that were in the pack. I talked to some people on reddit and discord and surprise surprise, I am not the only one😑 I have submitted a ticket long ago, but still no response. Seriously Kabam, do we have to request a compensation for mistakes in your compensation!!

same for me too.without that 10000 fest points i will do like 180000 points but i need to make it 185000 points. so it is so sad because that issue.
