Where are the code rewards?

I used the code: iLoveBossRushIceman and the code: SWORDANDTHESTONE earlier today, and so far I haven't received the Iceman, much less the rewards from the other code. When I try to redeem the code again, I get a message saying I've already used the code. How will I get the rewards now? Not to mention, I can't see the store offers.
