Not receiving full rewards from the new EQ

Even after completing 100% I’m missing a lot of rewards.

Will there be a fix for this ?

Iv done the 1st mutant path as of now and I also don't feel like I'm getting the rewards here very weird is this because of the new mechanic or new EQ? I'm on adaptive
