EQ rewards not being given correctly

Done a few paths in EQ
Looks like the stat cast relic shards aren’t being given
Says I should’ve got 1800 5* statcast shards but balance sits at 300?

Anyone got same issue?

It is showing you the milestone that you are currently working towards. If you look to the left, it says "in progress".
