Kabam webstore issue with Sword and Stone points

As stated in the tittle, I had experience a bug where I had bought an offer worth 20 sword and stone so I could get the t7b, but still haven’t gotten any of those, and it’s been almost 3 days since that.
I had received summoner fest and regular market points, but not the sword and stone and I’m worried I may not get them and loose the points for my t7b.
Please and any would be able to help, I would really appreciate it.
