I have 6 intel envelopes and still cannot enter the Sunday quests?

What is going on? Another bug? It says you need 4 and I have 6, and is still locked

To understand why it's locked despite today being sunday,

you have to thoroughly read Canadian history and explore the lore behind it but also factor in the contribution of their syrups,

But in short, it's because of timezone.
