EQ rewards?

I guess I'm still not entirely clear on how this new system works, so any insight would be appreciated.

I'm working on completion first. When I finish the first path of each mission so far, which is all I've done, it pops up with a reel showing all these rewards. Am I supposed to be receiving these rewards as I am completing these paths? I'm seeing things like ISO selectors and catalyst selectors, but I'm never getting the pop up to make selections.

What's actually going on? Lol

It’s based on milestones. The first few paths you get the rewards as there are milestones at 1, 2, and 3. But then not until 6 and then 9. When you haven’t earned a milestone, it is showing you the next one, labeled as In Progress.
