Since there still 3 months and some days till ther buffs with Deathless Vision i would like to discuss possible changes, have a good time i don't play with Toad soo i would like a help with people who play him more, the best i could ask is his personal regens from the S1 to scale with his prowess soo you have a better self sustain
Falcon i'm way more familiar and after soo much i have been talking with people about him the changes are very simple, more damage and his ramp against slow immune opponents (Destroyer Mainly) and Anti miss
For falcon you increase his debuffs potency and duration, can't miss if the opponent have slow like QuickSilver,completly buff immune and maybe a precision based on the ammount of debuffs the opponent have, his crits with Trauma deal a lot of damage plus the very long fury
i could write down a Anti Venom level of buff but i'm here to hear others suggestions first, Also curious on what people would change in Toad
