MIssing Supply Intel from Extended Server Issue Correction

Hi

It was my understanding that in the extended server correction peopel were supposed to receive 4x Supply Intel. I did not receive this in intel thus was not able to partake in Sunday's Supply Strike. Has enyone else experienced this? Is there an ETA on the correction being corrected?

I’d recommend submitting a ticket. They same thing happened to me, and though it took a few days to get traction, it seem they’re finally looking into the issue as a bug.

After a couple of back-and-forth emails, they finally pulled the log from my account that showed my 4 tickets from the compensation email converting to gold the day after I received them, and days before the first Sunday quest even opened.

I remember them sending them out thought we had received 4. I was able to log in each day and do events and gain 4 more. Come Sunday noticed had 6/6 in stash none in overflow was only able to do 1 run so had 2 left over. Did yesterday’s daily for 1 now just looking in my stash showing 1/6 left.

You can't accumulate it. After the final quest is done any unused tickets are converted to 10k gold.
