Modok has 0 armor/critical rating?

Modok has 0 armor rating and 0 critical rating. I dont think I have ever seen that on another champ. Is this a glitch? Visual glitch? Working as intended?

    Is not a bug. He was dssigned to be like that.
    His flux ability gives him random numbers to all stats at certain period of times

    Does anyone have a pic of Modok as there top champ yet on profile? I'm a few days a way from a rank 4... Just curious what profile pic looks like of him?
