Act 9 path rewards

Just done an Act 9 chapter 2 quest for the first time - no getting any path rewards, nothing is showing up, anyone else had this issue?

Act 9.2 quest rewards not showing. Bugged

Act 9.1 seems fine.

Please check it and fix it.
