I have enough resources to rank up my first champ to R4. I am bit confused in selecting the champ.

You can't really go wrong with Photon, Serpent, or Spider Woman.

I'd personally do Photon.

….who's Lino? Guessing that's lost in translation.

Of those I use SW the most, but really you can't go wrong.

Nico, all day, every day. My most wanted champ and I have the mats reserved to take her straight to R4 Sig 200.
