Boss 9.3 bug

Hello all,

I arrived in phase 4 but the screen is stuck in black. I fear that if i close the game I’ll return in phase 1.

What can I do?

Have you submitted a ticket to support with details about your experience and your specific device so that they can properly look into it? It may not be a wide range issue, so there may not be a simple solution, if there is one at all. Gotta submit a ticket into support and they can start looking deeper at the issue.

Every member of Kabam is asleep right now or partying. I literally never gave them permission to rest… they need to get back to work. We need to get Kabam working more hours than anime animators. FIX THE BUG!

I had the same thing happen. I paused the game and selected quit fight. Selected a new champ and the next phase loaded up as normal

Hey pals, I have some folks looking into this now -

For the time being, it seems like quitting out and entering with a different Champion fixes this issue.
Do you happen to have any more context on how this happened?

Who were you using, and do you recall when exactly it happened?
