hey yall is there a reason the Cap IW mutant synergy doesn't remove the unblockable node in the 9.3.1 path?

I tried the same thing, since many new mutants don’t get prowess and the only thing I can think is that you start with it so it doesn’t trigger from getting one. It sucks to not be able to use newer mutants on a mutant path for a new quest.
