Just want to give you guys a tip for dread doom. Try champs with constant power gain like sorcerer supreme. Her constant power gain will make it somewhat easy for you spam special and get down his charges.

He goes super passive if he goes above 2 bars, most of the time

Like McocNoib said, champs with 2 hit Medium (black cat, spiral etc) are the best options. Silk is by far the best because it you bait sp2 her evade saves if you final to dex one or two hits
