Problem with not receiving monthly quest rewards

I can't figure out how to get the new monthly quest rewards. Even though I've explored 100% of the veteran and normal difficulty levels, I haven't received the rewards for either stage. My account was closed and edited. Is this the problem? Or can someone help me with the information I need to give at the end of the month

Didn't you know? Due to the problem with the new monthly adventure, Kabam banned the players' accounts and made corrections and removed them again.

so you are saying your account was part of the initial ban to remove the extra eq rewards and then after they gave you back your account and you completed it again they then banned your account again and removed your rewards again

No sir. After editing, I completely explored the entire monthly quest. I didn't receive any of the visible rewards. I only received my Etherion Milestone rewards.
