Two paragon accounts looking for alliance

I run two accounts (pictured below) and I am looking for a new alliance to call home.



What I'm looking for:
- An adult alliance that is chill and relaxed but not lazy. Leadership who understands the game/life balance concept and has clearly defined goals and objectives set. Where members are active and know what needs to be done and gets it done w/o constant tagging, nagging, or reminding.
- AQ map 6×4 preferably, but open to running lower maps to help the alliance grow. Regular raids would also be preferable. Alliance must have everyone participate (again w/o constant reminder from leadership) every AQ day and complete all maps to 100%.
- AW that doesn't have a hard requirement for attack. I will place defense and 95% of the AWs I will attack, but sometimes I'm busy and just not feeling it. Anything Gold or lower is fine.
- No Battle Grounds point requirements. I will participate, but my enthusiasm wanes when it's nothing but opponent decks filled with rank 3 and 4 7*.
- LINE for communication. A spot where people actually open the app occasionaly and read messages or look to see if they've be tagged and then actually respond.

What I'll bring:
- An active, daily player who rotates equally between two accounts.
- Communication. Will read LINE and will respond in reasonable time.

Not looking for:
- A second job. I work full time already and play this game for relaxation and fun.
- Being a babysitter. I'll be honest. I'll be transparent. If I don't like something or have an issue, I'll let you know politely. But I won't babysit adults and veteran players with rosters showing they've played the game for a while.

We're a pretty chilled alliance (Marvel Black Ops), that prioritises cooperative gameplay with minimal ask, and an assumption that players will play with a reasonable degree of intelligence and independence. It sounds like you use Line a lot; but it's not something we've really used as a group (a few members use it).

Personally, I don't even have the App, which is why I'm responding here. Hopefully that's not a barrier for you.

Most players are in the region of 6-8 million rating; with a few bigger accounts, and a willingness to have active smaller accounts grow with us.

We run Map 6x4 in AQ; and participating is basically the only thing we expect/chase people for.

War is completely optional, with two BGs currently in Gold-6. There's an expectation for diverse defenders if you're playing, but we don't make your choices for you.

No BGs requirement, but enough of us play regularly to get decent Alliance rewards (I think 11-20% bracket, last time).

We have been running Raids recently, and taken the same approach as we have for War: now that we've got the basic principles of it, we assume people can read nodes, and choose paths for themselves, without a need for instructions (but, help and advice will always be given on request). So far we've found it works pretty well; with a bit of coordination in the in-game chat.
