What happened to the single fight Alliance Wars?

Has there been any info on whether they will return to the single fight war format? Most of my alliance prefers it but haven't heard any updates after they reverted back to the old format.

Kabam said they will decide after 2 season and ask for feedback in between but i didn't see asking them for any feedback so i don't know if they are still considering that war type or not.

Considering everything going crazy since last 1 month i think they will postpone that even if they are considering to bring that back.
