It won't be noticeable. After level 60, you need a ton (or refined XP) to level up. There are lots of posts already if you need more info.

In addition to above, you need to be valiant for refined xp

in addition to needing to subscribe to Sigil, in order to get any meaningful Enhanced XP daily.

But will still take several months even at that rate, in order to reach 61.

there was one end-game quest that gave a large jump towards next level (for those beginning the track when 60+ first began, I think that end-game content was toward like Level 62 it bumped them to, but it was a long haul before they got to 61 initially).

so to summarize, nothing wrong.
