Why Buff Toad instead of other mutant characters?

It's a complaining? No it's just a question that got into my head,if they make Toad better i thanks them because My R4 is ready for R5 and get Ascend if turns out good

(I don't remember if January buff patch had some form of theme in there,i may be missing something here but i don't think theres a theme to fit Deathless Vision,Falcon Torres and Toad together)

Some of the mutants that could have been a option due to how easy some changes are (At least from what i have seen people talking and personal experience with some) like Gambit,Sauron,Colossus,Havok,Stryfe,Jubilee

i wouldn't put someone like Rogue or Cable here because they need some extra steps( You could say Jubilee would need some extra steps but i don't see her needing much like others)

Forgot to mention Old Man Logan and White Magneto(Already got buffed but could get another), Maybe Omega Red? i don't see people asking for changes for him soo i think his fine

Why not also Psylocke? I agree with your champion list. I would love to see them all buffed.

I do agree that Toad is way better than most of the ones you've listed above and was not in need of a buff.

omega red is a beast as is. Definitely doesn’t need a buff. My r4 crushes a ton of content, including BGs, and I don’t run suicides. People just need to learn the degen timer

Because its likely only a small tune up which is about what toad needs, and im saying this is someone that uses toad all the time. He's very good but could do with a little tweaking, possibly even making his slow easier to access

I definetly think they will make his slow easier to access but I fear they may make a lot of new defensive tweaks …
