Owed compensation and no ticket response

I’ve submitted two tickets weeks ago regarding a bug causing me to miss out on nightmare raids as well as the glory and rewards associated with it as well as my alliance missing out on 100% completion due to a bug causing my inability to join. So I submitted the ticket and I got the generic response so I submitted another ticket and I got the same. It’s been weeks now and I haven’t heard anything and I’m losing hope I’ll ever be compensated. Just wondering if anyone else has submitted tickets regarding a kabam error or bug and hasn’t heard anything back regarding a fix or owed individualized compensation.

What bug caused you to miss the things associated with raid week? Need some clarity before responding.

I went to load into nightmare raids upon selecting my champ and clicking join, I’m hit with the infinite load time causing my game to timeout. I load back in and try to join the raid from which the game tells me I can only join one raid group. So now I’m left locked out of any raids group unable to participate because of the new frequent server load time issues It’s happend to a number of people though still a small amount
