Story Time

When Kabam so generously announced a 7-star copy of Arnim Zola, they so expertly tapped into my greed. Where could a casual like myself find enough Titan shards to open a Titan crystal before Monday?

Act 9.2 of course!

Alas, the plot thickens. Unbeknownst to a couple of fools including myself, Act 9.2 rewards had magically disappeared, just like Arnim Zola. Ironic, isn’t it?

Paths of units, fragments, shards and gold all disappeared and respawned after exploration:

Enter Kabam support, represented by a member with a name that, arguably, has never represented the company better. Whether it’s the state of the game, the logo design, or the support team’s preferred recreational activities.

Not an offer to right a wrong. Nor an adequate compensation package.

I leave you, and Kabam Blaze, with only one question on my mind:

One thing that stands out to me, apart from the compensation for the lack of rewards from so many paths cleared, is that it's not just an issue of redoing the paths - it's redoing them in time for the Titan compensation cutoff. Assuming you would have gotten enough Titan shards to open a Titan crystal before the cutoff, that bug essentially cost you a guaranteed Zola/an additional Titan crystal. That's a lot of rewards to miss out on due to a bug, and a couple of revives and potions and a single energy refill seems quite the paltry poultice for it. At the very least, tossing in enough energy refills to actually redo the paths should have been the least they could do.

Especially since the current energy situation is what it is.

I'm always so surprised when Kabam support drops the ball, because I tend to have very positive experiences with them. I was speaking to them over the weekend regarding an issue that was 100% my own dumb fault, but they went above and beyond to help out. So, knowing what generosity they are capable of, it's frustrating to see them mishandle situations where they/the game is actual at fault.

Exactly my thoughts @Ercarret.

A corresponding number of refills, a handful of revives, some general boosts and loyalty (for class boosts), would have made it somewhat tolerable.

Or create a node after Kabam Blaze. Defender starts with a 20-second stun on Nova Flames.

Did you open all your titans before the new pool refresh?

There were so many thousands of titan shards given for free during the last 2 months from easy content, there is actually no need to do difficult content for titan shards

I have 6 titans, that's 120,000 shards from multiple content that are as easy as the doom auto battle SQ

Yes @JESUSCHRIST having taken a 14 month hiatus and gotten about 5 chances at the last Titan, I had no reason not to open them all immediately, particularly as the champs were so good.

There are so many things to report like bugs, it's good that someone at least acknowledges that someone reported it and rewards them. There should be a unique title, Bug Killer, for someone who does something similar.
