Iceman seems to be your best bet here. Triple immune champ and ice armor is great to have.

Depends on his existing heros if he doesn’t have a regeneration hero then i say wolverine

Iceman due to overall effective usefullness, especially against Mephisto. Also there isnt any COLD immune champs except another iceman. Mephisto stops his ice armor but i believe ive cold snapped him before with first special
